Well I think whether it is good or not to me was really a toss up. I thought the movie had some really cool scenes in it and the story grabbed me, because I am really interested in the route it was taking. However, the ending kind of was a slap in the face to me. I personally think what makes movies like this kind of lame to me would be that I am a huge X-Files fan and all things along the line of Knowing have been done by the X-Files probably a dozen times, and the X-Files did it better.
