They're comparing it to what Blair Witch was in the 90's. I hope it comes out a little closer to home.

GO TO THE WEBSITE AND VOTE FOR A WIDER RELEASE!!!

Supposedly, if they get 1 million votes, Paramount will do a wider release of this movie. Last I heard, they're at 700,000+. Even if you don't really want to see it, vote for the rest of us to be able to. It would be a great watch close to Halloween.

I'm votin'!! Even though I personally didn't care much about Blair Witch Project in the 90s, I think this one looks pretty damn terrifying (Though it seemed lame at first)
“The Fright Night remake is a film which taps into the audience’s deepest rooted fears, such as those of vampires throwing motorcycles at them. I dread the thought of a vampire throwing a refrigerator or a deskjet printer or... I’d better stop before I give myself nightmares”

Dude, you were like, 2!? I think you have to be at least 26 now to appreciate the Blair Witch Project from the 90's. Otherwise, you just don't get it. You can't possibly understand the advertisements that made you think that it may be true. You know that they wouldn't show a film that 3 people disappeared making. Probably. Then again, everyone thought the blond girl in Poltergeist had died while filming a certain scene in the 3rd movie. We didn't have IMDB to check the rumors and figure out fact from fiction. It was harder to learn things.

Now, I 've made myself sound ancient. Bottom line, the movie has enough hype surrounding it that I would like to see it. It may suck. There's always going to be people coming out of the theater going "I don't get it." But I think it is worth the chance to watch it.

...I was honestly just making a joke since Blair Witch Project was the 2000s X). ...Sorry for making you sound ancient Sad

I definitely think everything deserves at least 1 watch as well, and honestly I can appreciate what both this is doing and what BWP did, it's a creepy sort of "meta-scare" o.O.

Hehehe, Rosey isn't pissed or anything. Chill!Smile (She can be REALLY scary sometimes though. We don't call her the Dragon Lady for nothing. I swear, she breaths fire out of her eyes. One pissed look from her and you wither like a burning piece of paper.Hehehehehehhehehehe!)

I dont know about you all but I think this movie is overrated

Now, remember: you don't aim a gun at a man unless you intend to shoot him. And, you don't shoot a man unless you intend to kill him. No warning shots. Hey, you listening to me? No warning shots. Warning shots are bullshit. You shoot to kill, or you don't shoot at all.

Yes, I was. I'm feeling better now. Now, Kid is sick. Her flu test was negative, but they figure that's what she has.

Thank you for asking about me.Smile
