Actress, Host, DGA Director,WGA Writer, Former VP of Women in Film, Author,Teacher, and Private Coach passed away at her Studio City home on Thursday, June 26, 2008 after a 40 year battle with breast cancer complicated by recent onset of congestive heart disease.
Horror fans will remember her best for her role as Mother Superior in the 1984 classic Silent Night, Deadly Night. She has also been in a ton of other horror and sci-fi films like Bloodlust!, Predator 2, Pumpkinhead 2, Sublime, and most recently The Passing in 2008. She was a great actress and will truly be missed.
