Yup there is supposed to be.
I liked both 1 and 2, so I have faith in this one.

This could be interesting. The Creeper was always an underrated horror villain.

Didn't thrill me the first times through; as I've seen more of 'em, they've grown on me a WHOLE lot. I definitely want to see part 3, being supportive of new franchises, monster-movies, and well-paced and suspenseful films in general.
âThe Fright Night remake is a film which taps into the audienceâs deepest rooted fears, such as those of vampires throwing motorcycles at them. I dread the thought of a vampire throwing a refrigerator or a deskjet printer or... Iâd better stop before I give myself nightmaresâ

Actually there is going to be two more movies. Part 3 centers around the girl from the first one and takes place 23 years later as she tries to get revenge on the creeper for killing her brother (Dairy, played by Justin Long). I havent been able to dig anything up about the 4th one though. I have mixed feelings when watching these movies because the guy that wrote them molested the young star of his first movie, Clownhouse, back in the late 80's. He did a little time but that kind of stuff isnt cool. I try to seperate the man from his movies but its difficult.

I think they should keep him away from kids, but if the law's decided he's done his time he has the right to keep making great movies. Personally I've been trying to find Clownhouse for a looong while seeing how many people call it a masterpiece of suspense, unfortunately, some believe all film fans must be left out due to one filmmaker's being a horny crap-sack... IMO the studio should take the rights and by extension the profit away from said filmmaker and distribute the thing anyway.

I too have been trying to find clownhouse but can't find a copy for less than $70.00

Definitely a nice fan trailer. Almost had me going until it changed aspect ratio.

i thought the first one was shit, didnt see second and have no idea why they need to make a third
well, the first one started off good but the ending was retarded

I've loved the franchise because it was the first "original" horror slasher to come out of the 00's. This was before Saw and I think The Creeper is essentially Salva's way of channeling out his inner demons.

So its not a real trailer or?

I enjoyed the first one. Hated part 2.
Don't care for a third. Making The Creeper a main character was a big mistake, imo.

Friday, it's fake.
Creamy Goodness Wrote:Oh, wow. That was fanmade? Fuck you, Youtube. It's a pretty good fanmade trailer but too bad I noticed some of the movies that it used like Messengers and I think Messengers II. It also recycles footage from the last two movies, which is something trailers will never do. If they did, they would be color corrected to show that it's a flashback.

Ah. I didn't recognize anything from Messengers II and never saw the original. Now that you mention it though, most of the footage of the Creeper is recycled. Lame.
