Supernatural, Horror?

I don't know whether 2 classify it as "horror", it certainly rages 2 the Fantasy kind but the atmospheres r those of the light horror flick. I don't now if u guys nhave ever cn the show but if u haven't I think u definitely should...if it's not clear whether or not it's horror, I suggest u watch episode from season 1 "The Benders"...just a thought...it's inspired by the "Texas chainsaw massacre" I guess

I haven't seen any of this yet, but if it ever finishes up I want to get into it. Reading some episode ideas plus the general plot it sounds cool as fuck to me, but I don't want to start watching a "linear" series with the idea that A.) I'm gonna miss episodes or B.) Well...I have heard some news about this...u can start watching coz whatever's started in season 1 is gonna end in season 5, that's for sure, at least they said. If there is gonna be a season 6, the story line will change and then u can decide whether or not 2 go on...4 me it's a gr8 show, thumbs up!!! Hope I'll be able 2 c a season 6!!!

It's definitely horror, but like all great tv horror shows it veers off into comedy on occasion, and when it does, it does it masterfully.

Some of the scariest and funniest moments on tv inn the past 5 years have been on Supernatural.

Nice 2 find another Supernatural fan!!! C'mon, after all how can 1 say Sam and Dean rn't funny? Let's just hope they'll keep it up 4 a 6th season also

Well...after re-watching the season 4 episode "Family remains" I can't say Supernatural is not horror, if any of u haven't seen the show or the episode yet, I strongly suggest u do, it was spoooky!!! Not scary but still...loved it!!! I wish we had more horror on TV, an all horror TV show

This is one of my favorite shows of all time. Maybe the most underrated show on tv. I consider it horror. Glad to see some fans here.

I would also consider it horror. I'm a huge fan of the show. I actually found out about the show because my Mom called and asked if I was watching it (a few seasons ago). I totally blew it off because it's on the CW. I think it's association with the CW is holding it back. How cool would it be if it had the freedom of an HBO series!!!

I think it is horror since there are ghosts in there, and at the same time an adventure since they hunt paranormal entities
