I just received my kindle 2 days ago....
I got ALOT of Stephen King books on it,
but I was wondering if anyone knows any other scary books to add to it.

You got the basic Stephen King books. Richard Matheson(?) has wrote some great horror books. Cabel by Clive Barker is great. Those are just what I can think of off the top of my head.

I love John Saul-particularly his earlier work-damn shame the only one of his made into a movie was Cry for the Strangers-it was okay but not great. Also Bentley Little is awesome-All Stephen King-Some of my favorite books are the out of print titles on the old Zebra Label-stuff by Ruby Jean Jensen, William W. Johnstone(especially his Ashes series) among others. I als like the Quirky Classics-Pride and Predjudice and Zombies is awesome.

As you can tell, I like King and Koontz. However, I just read an amazing book by a first time author. It's called Graveyard Blues by Reina Salt. It's awesome. Sent chills down my spine. It's on kindle, and it's super cheap.

[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Graveyard-Blues-Night-ebook/dp/B007LWN08O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1333737561&sr=8-1"]Amazon.com: Graveyard Blues (Night Blues) eBook: Reina Salt, Elaine Gladney, Kate Da'Casto: Kindle Store@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51%2BV4TPZZ2L.@@AMEPARAM@@51%2BV4TPZZ2L[/ame]

I really hope it does well because it's clearly intended to be part of a series and I NEEEEEEED to read more! I just can't believe how great it is coming from a first time author. According to her blog, she's already working on a second one Smile

Another good one is Warm Bodies by Isaac Marion. It's zombie book written from the zombies perspective, and I heard it is being made into a movie with the guy who played Beast in X Men: Origins as the main character.
