dropping your pants male or female will get you arrested in NOLA with a minimal of an overnight stay in lockup and even if you're from out of town the courts don't open up until the day after Ash Wednesday - so if you get arrested on Friday before Mardi Gras.. :evilangel: even your friends in the legal system can't help you then
