Looks pretty good IMO. It kind of reminds me of Stephen King's: Thinner, though. I guess because the old lady looks like a gypsy and you can give the curse away. Either way, I'm sure I'll be in theaters to see it.

Oh, I'll definitely be seeing it in theaters. I just hope they don't go overboard with CGI shit, like The Haunting in Connecticut.

BTW, the guy with the dark hair she is talking to at one point in the trailer was the gay porn star guy from Zak and Miri Make a Porno. He was funny as hell! Any Slingblade refences to that?

Justin Long? I haven't seen Zack & Miri, but I assume you're talking about Justin Long. He was in Jeepers Creepers, Dodgeball, Strange Wilderness and Live Free or Die Hard just to name a few.

I think they're going to try and do a ton of CGI shit, and I fucking hate that. :reddisgust:
Let's hope there's not much CGI.

I'm not a fan of CG myself, but give Raimi the benefit of the doubt. He seemed to do alright with it in the Spider Man films.

Oh, I have my faith in Sam. However, Spider-Man is on a whole different level than any horror movie. I mean, spider-man was a comic book and also had cartoons for a while.

Nonetheless, Raimi is a director that's extremely competent. I would trust his judgement when it comes to CG. I'm not saying it'll be great, but I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt at least until I see it.

Oh, I know what you're saying. I trust him more with CG rather than some random dude on the street. It's just with all those horrible ass ghost stories that come out which are flooded with CG lately have me on edge. *AHEM* Haunting in Connecticut.
Either way, I think this movie looks good. I can't wait to see it.

I haven't seen 'The Haunting In Connecticut'.
But I heard it was pretty lame.

In the trailer for Drag Me to Hell there appears to be a scene of the chick surrounded by demons and fire. That looked like a cartoon to me. Fuck CGI, man. How in the fuck can no one master this craft? That's it, I'm going to learn how to do that shit and become a millionaire. Apparently you can insert cartoonish looking shit into movies and it is acceptable. Sweeeeeeet time to become rich.

Robert Rodriguez my friend. He's the closest to a CG master there is.
