BojanglesThe Strangers - "Is Tamara Home?"
#1
This is what the blonde-haired stranger asked when she came knocking at the door. What do you think she meant by this? I thought she was hinting that the brunette stranger may already be in the house. Because after they said no, the blonde-haired stranger said "Are you sure?".

How do you take this? If you don't take it the way I did, then who is Tamara? It could actually mean nothing, but that's just the way I took it.

I had a (Fairly "out there") theory back near when I first saw the film...

...I started thinking maybe Kristen had been in some kind of cult before, and that her friends from back when she was "Tamara" were coming back for her (But then, why did she seem so confused at the whole situation? Why didn't she address it to her former fellows??)
“The Fright Night remake is a film which taps into the audience’s deepest rooted fears, such as those of vampires throwing motorcycles at them. I dread the thought of a vampire throwing a refrigerator or a deskjet printer or... I’d better stop before I give myself nightmares”

Oh I never thought of it that way! Good thinking!

I took it just to be a way of scoping out who was home for the night. A ruse to get the door open, see what their future victim(s) looked like . . . .

Now, remember: you don't aim a gun at a man unless you intend to shoot him. And, you don't shoot a man unless you intend to kill him. No warning shots. Hey, you listening to me? No warning shots. Warning shots are bullshit. You shoot to kill, or you don't shoot at all.

I didn't look into it either & agree that it was just a ruse to get the door open. But, you pose a good question Bo.

The blonde was the new one to the group & it was her "first" kill. When Liv asked them why they were doing this, the blonde killer responded, "Because you were home."

Like mytee said, DON'T FUCKIN ANSWER THE DOOR @ 4am! Lol
