LokiZeeFlight of the Living Dead: Outbreak on a Plane

Just watched this movie, and I have to say that it is hands down the best zombie movie I have seen in a few years! I mean, it comes off as funny, some of the fx is badly done, and you have random "pop in" characters, and a lot of stuff is unbelievable, like making a bomb to blow up zombies on a plane? Sounds like a REALLY BAD IDEA! But all in all, you watch the movie, and it seems perfectly natural for what it is. It almost comes off like Airplane meets 28 Days Later meets Army of Darkness. Gore is handled pretty well, and the characters are well developed. Frank the prisoner is the comic relief. I laughed out loud a couple of times at his jokes. There was a sky Marshall that was a brick type, and a sexy, tough stewardess. The zombies make up was a bit off putting, though I think it might just have been the yellow eyes.I think the main thing I like about the movie is the feel of being completely trapped with the zombies. Hell, many thousand feet in the air in a pressurized metal tube is pretty cornered! The story itself was a bit been there done that, but it was on a !PLANE! That counts for a lot. It was much better than snakes on a plane IMHO. All in all, I give it:
8 head shots outta 10. (even if the zombies didn't need to be popped in the head!)

P.S. If you find yourself on a flight to Paris, that gets invaded by zombies, just hope Tiger Woods is taking the same flight. You may just live a little longer.

I know this is a pretty poor review. I am soooooo tired right now, but just had to talk about this movie while it was still freshSmile

This was such a cheesy, cheesy movie but I liked it. It knew it couldn't take itself seriously.

I didn't really give this a second look, but if Freddy digs it, I'll check it out. God help him if it sucks :eg:
