Most of of the movies on nominnated for Best Horror movie sucked. If Avatar and James Cameron win The Ultimate Scream Award and Best director award I will never watch another award show again.

I enjoyed every horror movie besides Nightmare on Elm Street.

Never saw Thirst or The Crazies. Paranormal Activity was very overrated. Zombieland wasn't all that great after multiple viewings. And the Noes remake sucked.

Thirst wasn't bad.
The Crazies was a pretty good horror movie/action movie.
Paranormal was a great horror movie for what it stood for.
Zombieland isn't horror but rather comedy.
NOES sucks.

My vote is for The Crazies or PA.
