I'm a HTML, webdesign, image-editing and PHP (learning it now) -guy. Are there any more here with similar age?

This is by no means a large community. I think you may be confusing us with another forum for spam. Also, not that it needs pointing out, but I doubt a 13-year-old knows about web design and PHP.
