Scottish Man Banned From Park After Allegations He Tried To Have Sex With Tree

Airdrie, United Kingdom (AHN) -- Scottish authorities have banned a man from Central Park in Airdrie after claims he tried to have sex with a tree. According to reports he was found with his pants and underpants down by his ankles and simulating a sex act with the plant.
The alleged offense occurred in September of last year. However yesterday in a Scottish court William Shaw, 21, pleased not guilty to an act of public indecency.
Shaw has been ordered to stay away from Central Park and his due to stand trial next month. At the time of his arrest he was on bail from another legal infraction stemming back to November 2007.
