I have to say I was never really a big horror fan until Lilith introduced me into her horrorific world and for that I now have a new appreciation for it. I am more of a vampire movie lover more so but I keep and open mind and let it grow on me. What I can't help it i am a fragile blond and I scare easy lol. I look forward to learnin more.

Welcome, and hope you have a nice stay.
Out running a killer is like out running a bear, you don't have to run just have a friend that is slower than you!

If you scare easily might I suggest starting out with something halfway comedic but not entirely silly, like House (1986) or Waxwork? Perhaps something along the lines of Neon Maniacs that's OK but a little badly directed? Or something more "actioner" like Demon Knight or Aliens?

Or, if you want to jump right in and savor your more fragile times as an early horror fan, I'd suggest the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre or Friday the 13th, which are both HUGELY scary classics! Wink
“The Fright Night remake is a film which taps into the audience’s deepest rooted fears, such as those of vampires throwing motorcycles at them. I dread the thought of a vampire throwing a refrigerator or a deskjet printer or... I’d better stop before I give myself nightmares”

thanks for the advice but I watch movies with Lilith and she dont allow me to just scoot on into em she throws out the skeery ones with no warning lol. I think i have a problem with scary movies cuz my sister and cuzens let me watch Nightmare on Elm street when i was a lil chit and i had Nightmares for years lol well when i could sleep that is.
