Okay, here's the deal. I am the one whom unbanned KingofTheDamned. I hope you're okay with this, Loki. If not, please just contact me and the situation will be rectified. Now, let me make something clear. Loki banned KingofTheDamned, not for what he saying in No Holds Barred, but for what he was saying in the main chat room. That was fine and justifiable. Also, Loki was nice enough to make it an extended suspension instead of a permanent ban. I talked with KingofTheDamned and he promised that he would keep everything in No Holds Barred. I believe he is sincere and will not cause us anymore problems on other sections of this board.

However, if he does not abide by the set rules, he will be banned again. I will make sure this time it will be a permanent ban and I will also come in contact with Loki to let him do it. If you want to stay at TalkHorror, you will need to follow our rules. I don't think we're hardasses nor do I think Loki acted harshly. Loki was just acting in the best interest of the site. See, No Holds Barred is basically a place where anything goes. However, when we have new members one of the first things they are going to see is the chat room. If they looked in the chat room and just see a ton of racist comments they will most likely leave this place and never come back. If they CHOOSE to come in this section, that's their choice and it is explained in the description what this forum is for. Put simple, the chat room is not an extention of No Holds Barred, nor will No Holds Barred type of content be accepted in the general chat.

But my job on this site is as a moderator, one who makes sure the rules are followed, make sure we are not spammed to death, hacked, or threatened, and to make sure all members, either present or future members are not offended. I am a VERY strong supporter of Free speech, as I HATE censorship, but rules are rules. Bo brought me on to moderate, and I will. KOTD, like the message said when I banned you. Just chill a little, and follow the rules. Oh, and Bo, if KOTD keeps creating problems, I personally need not ban him. It is the responsibility of any moderator or admin to ban anyone who needs to be banned, for to me, it is nothing personal.
