Suggestions

I think the only suggestion I have is there are ALOT of forums. Maybe condense some that have little activity?

It was my idea to make more again. My reasoning was that prior to that we only had 1 section for discussing horror films, and I felt that people may have been passing over the section very quickly due to the fact that there was just the one.

Other horror forums I've been on have even more forums for specific films, and though I feel that kind of limits things (Like "these are the movies we're discussing, other topics shall not be popular!"), they do tend to get more activity that way. I suggested many of the current forums as a sort of compromise between being able to have "specialized" discussion and keeping things "general".
