Freddy vs jason problem

That's one thing I hate about remakes; they tend to cut off a good plotline X(

But still, Fred could have won with Jason still surviving...

but then how would they not refight? Freddy and jason are both the type of guys who dont jus give up. Somebody either got killed or sent back to hell. Freddy would jus keep invading jasons dreams and always have the upper avantage. they created many problems with jason x
