Ok, i watched the video. And if your talking about the part where she climbs her jail cell bars and puts her junk up there for everyone to see, thats not proving anything to me. As the guard conveniently gets in the way as "Gaga" gets up from the bed and starts to make her way to the bars. Not one time do you get a clear shot of her face hanging from the bars.
