I have an idea for a new section. Opinions?

We have a user in particular here who just seems to thrive on being controversial. He has also offended other users on this site. I'm sure he won't be the first and last to do this. Therefore, I'm thinking of adding a new section.
Here's my idea. A new section that will allow users to go in and post almost anything that they want. Sort of like a forum dedicated to bitching/flaming. This could involved things on the site, or personal things.
Such as a user could go in there because they're having a bad day, and post about it. Talk major shit, etc...
Opinions?
