Okay see if I'm alone in doing this...
after watching a horror film -
I'll have to do something once its over or I won't be able to sleep that night
If its scary - I'll have some comfort food and/or watch some comedy to get the images out of my head out of my head long enough to rest my mind body and soul :jester:
or
I'll grab my
nearest and dearest and work-it-out until the bad stuff it but a fading effect like a bad dream :lovey:
or
I'll start typing at my computer with either a review, impressions or inspirations said film has left upon me - just enough -- while the emotional scars are still "healing "
Anyone else have something they seem to do after a particular type of horror film, series etc? Or have had to do - because it made that kind of "impact"?
