Hell, I say beat the parents ass. Granted, some children may require more parental discipline, or parental guidance than others, but it's their parents job to ensure that their child can conduct themselves properly both at home and in public. If they do not do that, it's hard to tell what the fuck their kid will be like when they get older. For instance, what do you think will happen to the girl that was shooting spitballs at my friend and I, with the aid of someone significantly older than herself? The outcome, most likely, will not be a good one.
Mytee has admitted that her child has disorders that affect the way she acts, but her child still knows how to conduct herself properly in public and mytee has never raised a hand to her child.
