Love all the pics guys-the only way to maintain healthy body weight is diet and exercise and limiting fast food--I didnt necessarily say cut out all together If anyone should know it's me I used to weigh over 100 pounds more than I weigh now (125) You have to eat more protein than carbs and when you eat carbs go for whole grain eat veggies and fruit and EXERCISE at least 20 minutes a day 5 days a week
Torture is only truly pleasurable when performed.....slowly----The Machine Girl
