[COLOR="Cyan"]DAMN! I can't believe I forgot cheesecake! It is my favorite food of all time. I am the cheesecake queen. Loki was trying to get me to make large amounts of them & sell them to restaurants. I make an awesome pumpkin praline cheesecake. Nothing is better than a real cheesecake with fresh whipped cream. But, hell, I'd eat whipped cream on almost anything. (Please note the almost!) They can be a little pissy, but, they're so worth the trouble.

This one is great at Thanksgiving. I have another recipe for a white chocolate peppermint cheesecake for Christmas, if anyone is interested.

I'm looking forward to dinner tomorrow night, we're making red thai curry with chicken and veggies on jasmine rice, it's going to rock. I love red thai curry, especially with coconut milk.
