I got home from work today, after being there for 11 hours. Kid has homework, we only have 3 hours to get that done, and pack to stay the night with a friend, & make dinner, and baths and all that other good stuff. I get to the front door and unlock it. Opening it with loaded arms, I nearly vomit. My 70 lb Greyhound had severe diarrhea sometime since Loki left that morning. Poor guy was stuck in his crate, so he doesn't eat things, like the furniture, and had shit all over him. So, my nice neatly planned out stressful evening was turned into an extremely stinky, nasty, grossed out stressful evening.
I had to take the dog outside, break down his crate and take it outside. Then, I got to wash him with pots of hot water, since the water out of the spigot was too cold.
By the time I was done, I was mosquito bitten, sweaty and shit splattered. Talk about nasty. The kicker is, he isn't even sick. He was running around the yard, covered in shit, like a moron.
Sometimes, I hate animals!

Eww, animals can be stupid sometimes.
I had a cat who always shat on itself and ran all over the house dropping it EVERYWHERE! :reddisgust:

I have to say, we've had him for 2 & 1/2 years and he has never gotten sick. He just made it a really bad one when it happened.

When they get sick like that,
it's best to keep them pinned up,
For the home's sake! lol

I know a cat, belongs to a family member, that waits until the sink is all cleared out, then he sneaks in and does his business in it!!! once when I was over their house, ( they have a double sink) I put a bag in each side, he peed on one side and pooped in the other!!!! little bastard.. and if the sink is full of dishes he lets you know he is not pleased and will go on the floor in front of the sink to let you know he is pissed.... and the whole time the litter box is not far away and CLEAN!!!! what is wrong with some animals?????
Don't get me wrong I love cats etc.. but makes me rethink the whole idea of wanting to adopt a cat, too much of a pita...I have kids in diapers, cleaning up that poop is enough for me at the moment.
Everyone is normal until you get to know them.....

Years back I had a cat that liked to eat human hair, this one time she came flying out of the litter box like something was out to get her, here she had a long piece of hair coming out of her rear end and at the end was a turd... I thought it was funny until I realized that I was going to have to catch her and get rid of the mess!!! that cat was hard to catch, she ran all over the house like that,, BLAH
( I typed this out once already hit send and the screen froze) here goes my 2nd try.

If I had a cat, or any animal, that did its business in a sink then I would get rid of it immediately. There's no way I'd let something use the bathroom where I have to wash things that I am going to eat off of.
