(April 30) -- Meet an overindulgent mother suing McDonald's after a negligent employee allegedly dropped an unlit, unused cigarette in a Happy Meal.
While I'm all for outrage, especially when it involves a negligent employee doing things that ruin your meal, I think this lawsuit-happy mom needs to come out of her hovel more often than to fetch fast food for her kid and realize that, in the real world, this is not something you sue over.
Gripe, sure. Yell? OK. But the baby never ate the cigarette, and no one was harmed. You don't sue where there's no harm -- that makes you a jerk. And while I do think that McDonald's' offer of a free meal might not be enough to truly make up for the incident, I certainly don't think a lawsuit is warranted.
Two final thoughts: First, the lady should realize that the cigarette was actually the healthiest thing that kid could have put into his gaping maw. And second, the article says "Leave me a fag" in a totally appropriate way, and I still can't stop snickering.

But once I grew up and actually could taste it better,
and when I realized their meat is just bits in grits I started hating MD.
The only good shit they sell their is their expensive samwhiches...
For instance the 5$ + samwhiches, and their fries are good... Thats it!
