BojanglesCalling all TH Members. I need a favor.

Ok this is a very basic favor. I need to ask some questions first.

#1: What web browser do you use most of the time?

I personally use FireFox and Internet Explorer rarely.

(Optional) #2: What web browsers do you have installed on your computer?

#3: Do you have ANY problems accessing this website?

#4: Are you willing to do a favor for your good ol' pal, Bojangles?

I personally have no problems with the website; especially when using FireFox. However, I do know that people were having problems logging in and logging out. I'm pretty sure I've fixed that issue, but another issue has risen. It seems that some people, when using Internet Explorer, get redirected to an error page. I was wondering if you guys and gals could come here through the different web browsers on your computer(s) and see if any problems occur. If so, please list them for me. I've been doing some maintenance and I'm trying to figure this problem out. Also, if you'd be kind enough to ask your friends/buddies, that would be great as well.

I'm interested to see how many people are having the issues. I found the problem, if need be, I'll fix it, but it's going to cost us a fairly cool feature; unfortunately.

1. Internet Explorer
2. Same
3. About 1/20 times I get a "page cannot be displayed". It usually comes up fine the very next time I open the site though
4. Most likely

What feature are you talking about? If it's the new chat bar I don't mind to much, I don't use it much anyway and it can give me a bit of a glitch when I do

That would be the one. I think it looks cool and I have gotten some use out of it. However, we're not popular enough to get that much use out of it. Ironically, it could be the reason we're not popular enough.

The chat feature is now gone. Hopefully no one will encounter any problems from now on.

You're welcome, Mr. Bo!

And yeah, honestly the site's running a good bit faster now Tongue
