POLICE: Man in diaper took it too far on Halloween, Md. police say

WEST OCEAN CITY, Md. â A 47-year-old Floridian allegedly wearing a diaper and shouting profanities at people while he trick-or-treated Sunday night was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
State Police said Joseph David DiVanna, 47, of Sarasota, Fla. was intoxicated and trying to get people to give him candy at about 9:15 p.m. on Halloween night in the Fox Chapel neighborhood.
Police directing car and trick-or-treater traffic were alerted to DiVanna, who witnesses said was cursing at adults and children, and arrested him, charging him with disorderly conduct. He was wearing a diaper at the time of his arrest, police said in a charging statement.
