I hate the fact that they remade this, but I think Jackie Chan could play a good Miyagi. The only thing I don't buy is Jaden Smith being a weakling. There are plenty other kids that could have pulled that off, and I'm going to be bold and say... they only did that to be PC.

I think it's going to kick ass. I love the fact that they've gone with a totally different set of characters and a fresh setting. It allows them to be freed of alot of the baggage that a simple remake would have to contend with.

Jackie Chan is going to be the main focus in this movie. Either way, I won't know for sure because I'm not going to see it.

Jackie Chan i do like. But it hasnt anything to do with the characters or the people playing them as to why this just doesnt jump out at me. I loved the original and parts 2 and 3. I didnt like the 4th one. I think with some movies i am just set in my ways.
