Ghost storie read it. comment it

When I was eleven my mother passed away. A week before her passing, I had a dream that my brother and I were standing on the side of the road and Mom drove passed us and did not even look our way.
When I was twelve my father married my step-mother. She had three daughters so I would have to babysit when they went out. The girls were 6 years, 3 years, and the baby was four months old when they married. Almost every time I sat with the baby, I would hear a baby crying in the back bedroom. Even when I had her with me, the crying would still come from the back bedroom. This went on until she was around one year old. When she was around four years old, my girlfriend (Donna) and I joined the school choir.
We had a concert on a school night and Donna spent the night with me. We had arrived home before the rest of the family and changed into jeans and t-shirts. When my family arrived home I went running upstairs to my bedroom so I could get Donna's dress to show off to my step-mother. I thought it was so pretty. To get upstairs, you had to go past the stairs just to get to the bottom of them.
When I went past them, there standing on the stairs about half way up was this little girl about four years old holding onto two of the banister rungs and peeking out between them at me. For some strange reason I did not really pay it any mind until I was in my room reaching for the dress in the closet. I started to shake all over when I realized that the girl disappeared when I turned on the upstairs light. It wasn't so much that I was scared, it just kind of freaked me out that the little girl looked so much like my little sister!! I never saw or heard anything again after that. My sister is all grown up now with a family of her own. I never told her about the other girl.
