Did you like the Predators (Remake)?

I just wanted to get some opinions from the fellow THer's.
I recently watched this movie, and I thought it was pretty good actually!
I mean I miss Arnold but the movie was different, and I mean different in a good way.
I won't go into much about it because I don't want to spoil it for those who have not seen it yet.
But for those of you who have, I was hoping you could give me your opinions on why you liked it or didn't like it.

It was a pretty decent movie. It's very forgettable and I didn't like any of the characters but it had it's action... which is all I wanted. I wanted to see more of the Yukuza guy.

I actually really liked Predators. It's probably my favorite Predator film.

The movie was decent. so much unnecessary junk in it though. Laurence Fishbourne's entire character could hav ebeen cut out and the movie would have been unaffected. Decent flick though, but I still don't buy Adrian Brody as an action hero.

I didn't like it, and was extremely disappointed. However, I had pretty high expectations from both the set photos & trailer.

I was really surprised by how mediocre the acting was. I thought Adrian Brody would deliver a stellar performance, but I feel Michelle Rodriguez was the better of the two. I also felt the story lacked the extra punch it needed, considering how simplistic it was.

The biggest problem I have with the movie, is the two glaring holes it possesses.

1) Laurence Fishburne's character is made out to be this big survival guru type, who is also pretty smart and savy. So, how does he live on this island for 5+ years and never once think, let alone consider, stealing the predator's spacecraft?!?

When Adrian Brody's character mentions it, Fishburne responds with: "you know, I never thought of that".

I don't buy that one bit.

2) Near the end when Adrian Brody is leading the group to escape in the spacecraft, he goes on his own and gets in the cockpit & takes off. Seconds later, it explodes and somehow he has magically made it out. It's never shown or explained how he made it out alive.
