This is a close one, but I think Ash has more cunning than Bubba. Leatherface hasn't done much more than chase people whereas Ash has had to fight and fight hard (If Dennis Hopper could stand up against Bubba, so could Bruce).

Dude, Ash survived Evil Deads Twice, destroyed an Army of Darkness, made it through Zena Cameos, was an AWESOME Bubba Ho-tep, Fought evil monkeys in Congo, and then EVERYONE THOUGHT HIS NAME WAS BRUCE!!!!

I would say Leatherface. He's half retarded so even if he does have something to lose in the fight, he's too stupid to realize it....
