Yeah, it had some pretty disturbing scenes in it, like the one where the doctor presents his Human Centipede and photographs it. But I do agree that it is a very mediocre movie. The aging was okay and the story could have been better but I think the only marketing value that it had was that it was disturbing. It was way overhyped.
