Zombies - Slow Shamblers or Fast Runners

Slow shamblers every time. They are SO much more creepy. And that thing they do where they hypnotize people with fear so that they stand still and let themselves be eaten: totally epic.
That and there is just something wrong with your zombie if it has enough motor control to run at high speeds. I'm just sayin'...
