Yea American History X is sad... I kind of cried when they like ASS fucked him...

Have yet to see American History X although My Dog Skip was a pretty sad movie. Marley and Me came very close too. That ending is a real tear jerker because they somehow made the dog into a character. Not many movies can do that, but they surprisingly pulled it off.

I didn't cry but I felt like somebody punched me in the gut without telling me.

More times than I'm willing to admit, but rarely at a horror film. We have a theory; something about me suppressing emotions in life, so they come out unbidden in stupid sappy movies. This is one of the many reasons I refuse to watch romantic comedies, or anything by Disney. F*ing emotion-wranglers.

I totally agree with Disney. They tear your heart out, stomp on it, kick it around and spit on it then sugar coat it and put a cherry on top.

Am I the only one that thinks a Disney-inspired, animated, not-for-kids because of plot etc. --would be a challenge worthy of an approach if not a decent attempt? exdev:

If you really think about it, a lot of Disney movies aren't for little kids. They can be really dark.

That's right, depression ftw! exdev:@Caroline. I could see that. I like the idea of an unrestrictedly mature animated movie being done by a Disney animator (But Disney won't let their animators gwow up! )
âThe Fright Night remake is a film which taps into the audienceâs deepest rooted fears, such as those of vampires throwing motorcycles at them. I dread the thought of a vampire throwing a refrigerator or a deskjet printer or... Iâd better stop before I give myself nightmaresâ
