Freddy, you are doing it wrong. There should ALWAYS be sex involved.

It never escalated to that point because we were too drunk off cherry wine and we were forced into a port-a-poty. Not really the most⦠astute of places. It ended in vomit, passing out on a bench till 6am and a broken video camera.
But perhaps I've said too much.

![]() ![]() ![]() I'm with Bo! There should always be sex involved! Unless, of course, there is vomit and a port-a-potty involved! ![]() Which is too bad, 'cause the cherry wine and broken video camera had real potential! I say you try your hand at erotica, Freddy, and retell the story as it should have gone... harepopcorn: Go ahead. I'm ready...

When your invited to an all hipster party, all they'll bring is cherry wine, PBR, Miller Lite and maybe (if you're lucky) a bottle of Canadian Standard. I had to go because it was one of my friend's birthdays.

Never had cherry wine, but you make it sound pretty gross, Caro.
![]() But let's go back to the part where Freddy admits to being friends with hipsters...

My friend claims he's not a hipsters but my god he dresses and acts like one. I don't like most hipsters although some, shockingly, are pretty cool. I use the word 'some' heavily. :booboo:

![]() ![]() Hipsters NEVER admit to being hipsters! Denial is actually one of the symptoms of the disease! And the ones that you think are cool, aren't really hipsters. More than likely, they're old school geeks who have been into the same shit since they were kids, and now the bloody hipsters have come along and decided that the stuff those geeks are into is cool (or in hipster "I'm so ironic" speak: uncool) and stolen it for their own. The poor geeks are left oblivious with nothing to say but, "Hey. I really like your android evolution t-shirt!" To which the hipster answers, "Tch... I'm being ironic." They're an epidemic in LA. ![]() Personally, I think it's merely the precursor to the coming zombie apocalypse. :zomby:

Funny because I was a geek/nerd back in high school and Junior high. I don't carry much of the attire over now but apparently wearing thick black rimmed glasses are cool and hipsters wear them even though they don't have any eye problem, unlike me where I do have a seeing problem. I went from getting picked on and ridiculed for having thick glasses in elementary school to being "cool" to point of falsifying a stigma in order to wear glasses that I hung my head in shame. That same went for pocket protectors, fedoras and long trench coats. :reddisgust::reddisgust:

Stuck with these glasses through all the most awkward stages of my life, and now that they're popular, I'm even more horrified by them. I'm going to have to bight the bullet and get contacts just so I can go back to being uncool. I still have a bunch of my best geek-gear from when I was a kid and teenager—my family thinks I have major horder potential—but most of my stuff is so geeky even the hipsters haven't picked up on it yet. ![]() They haven't stolen the trench coats, too, have they? That would break my heart! I don't think I could take it!!! Dirty bastards... :reddisgust: Quote:sorry DB - maybe I just haven't had good cherry wine No worries, Caro. Just the thought of drinking something that tastes like cough syrup for fun makes me want to puke. LOL. So, it was more commiserating with you than anything else.
