The one problem is I'm kind of up to my armpits in another story at the moment and have a few movie reviews I need to get to. So I'm considering bumping the start date to September 1st and probably doing a Halloween theme of some kind. Thoughts?

I'm going to tell you right now, I pretty much won't ever pick a well established franchise as the theme for a writing competition. I feel it's too predictable and I wouldn't have a good time writing a story like that.

I guess this is still on the cards. I started a rough draft of the guidelines tonight and I think it's about done. If anyone has any suggestions on what some of the guidelines should be, feel free to mention them. It's all pretty basic at the moment; word count, theme, and something random (that'll be explained later). Still aiming for a September 1st start. If you signed up and are no longer interested, let us know. Otherwise, signups are still open.

Screw you all! I am the one who is pissed! I'm pissed at Cory for even thinking he's allowed to be pissed. I'm pissed at Chris for bursting Cory's pissed-bubble and pissed at Cory AGAIN for continuing to be pissed even after said bubble bursting.
