Really enjoyed both of these movies both are really good but now I ask what one is better???

I'm going with The Thing myself; both films played the paranoia angle but I thought Thing could stand up better, it was more down-to-Earth

Well they did play off a paranoid tone, and They Live was more speculative whereas Thing was something you could see happening in a nightmare world Tongue

I love They Live. I truly do. But not only is the Thing FAR scarier, it's just a better film. Better writing, better acting all around superior to about 95% of films out there...including They Live...

I had to go with The Thing as well, I just forgot to cast my vote. The Thing is a classic, in my opinion. The game was also great.
