Okay...
at one horror film opening the guests got barf bags...

at another a registered nurse was on duty -

and still another they "sold" insurance policies...

can anyone think what would be an *effective* give-away or promotion for a horror film that has already been released -- or one yet to be -- that outside of word-of-mouth would make you *die* to want to see???

I'm guessing the barf bags were given out at a Twilight showing, right?

Have a lifeguard on duty at a Friday the 13th showing and hand out councilor whistles with a blood splatter mark on them.

Not exactly horror, and at that more of a gimmick than a straight-up giveaway, but having audience members fill out an innocent looking survey before watching The Game. Then, having the people who passed out the surveys take notes on viewers watching the film Wink
