Random Horror Thoughts is a simple but fun thread. You can say anything in here that is related to horror, which can something as random as noticing something weird in a film, a thought about a specific scene or even quoting one of your favorite lines. I'll start it off...
I find it hard to believe sometimes that Johnny Depp's first film was A Nightmare on Elm Street.

Thanks. I could only imagine if it did, though.
I can't wait for The Thing prequel to be released. I just found out it's coming this October.

I don't know why people think that The Human Centipede was controversial, or good at all. I found it boring, and not very good.

I thought The Human Centipede looked like a stupid film. I didn't even bother watching it.

I did watch the Human Centipede. And no, it wasn't that controversial, but I did like the villian quite a bit.

I did fancy seeing Priest but I've heard nothing but negative buzz. Will no doubt see it anyway...

I saw it. It wasn't bad and it wasn't good either, just a cheesy film where not only do you have to turn off your brain, but leave it at the ticket booth as well.

I just thought of the movie Floating Heads. And that's pretty fucking random.

There is the sequel in the works already? Why do all the shit movies get regurgitated before we've even swallowed the poison pill in the first place?

Still haven't seen Human Centipede, but I'm willing to give it a shot. I watched The Maze (2010) which everyone said sucked (I found it damn good for a recent slasher), not to mention The Strangers.
âThe Fright Night remake is a film which taps into the audienceâs deepest rooted fears, such as those of vampires throwing motorcycles at them. I dread the thought of a vampire throwing a refrigerator or a deskjet printer or... Iâd better stop before I give myself nightmaresâ

I need to get my hands on Steak Land, if only to see what Kelly McGillis is like now!

Absolutely. Even if you dislike the film overall the doctor is fantastic. I couldn't fail to be impressed by Dieter Laser.

I hope Laser gets more film roles. He was the only thing that made that movie good. He needs to be in the eventual remake of Slumber Party Massacre as the freakshow with the drill.

I will be interested to see how the sequel fairs after the ending of the original Centipede... I have to admit to having more sympathy for the beloved 3 dog too! lol wasnt the ending of Slumber Party Massacre a pool scene aswell...?

I watched that damn movie about four weeks ago and I can't remember. I do remember a pool kill scene though. Regardless, I'm not at all interested in the sequel to Human Centipede. I think the arcade-style video game version of it is better than the original and the eventual sequel.
