Still haven't seen any of the new 3D films so I got to sit on the fence in this one... But why not I suppose.
I hope the technology has moved on since Jaws 3D Smile

Mr. Blue is one of those movies that are only screened in dumpy, dirty theaters but is a diamond in the rough. Soon, Mr. Blue will be released to select theaters and ultimately make his way to every theater nationwide. The reviews will pour in and it'll be a sleeper hit.

Oh...

...I thought Mr. Blue would be a revenge flick about Mr. Blue waking up from a coma and going after the people who fucked up the jewel heist.
“The Fright Night remake is a film which taps into the audience’s deepest rooted fears, such as those of vampires throwing motorcycles at them. I dread the thought of a vampire throwing a refrigerator or a deskjet printer or... I’d better stop before I give myself nightmares”

Then we'll have to make a prequal so to show everyone how the heist went down since everything needs a backstory nowadays.

It'd be done in the style of classic 70s exploitation.
