what if Dr Seuss wrote children's book with a more sinister twist?

what would you call it and put in *spoiler text* the actual name of the book

I'll start

The Leeches

Green Eggs and Flesh

(Green Eggs and Ham) - Side note, if Seuss ever wrote a horror children's book, it would be ridiculous. Kids would be institutionalized for how psychologically traumatizing the text would be.

Caroline: I'm sure there was a dark side to Seuss and I believe somebody told me this once but I might have to check out that text.

And yeah...

In A People House

....

Yeah. I didn't have to change that title at all. It's gross enough.

Seuss-isms:

"I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells."

"We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love."

"Being crazy isn't enough."

...Maybe not. But it sure is a good start...

Dr. Seuss was born in Weirdsville. It's a shame I wasn't.
