No official plot yet,
but the original film revolved around a group of strange individuals put in charge of saving the world from mutated killer tomatoes.
Updates
- Currently in the very early stages of development,
as a script has yet to be written.

I don't mind some remakes, but some thing cannot be redone.

There's just to many Remakes in the talks...
It's like Hollywood is running out of new ideas.

Dude, Hollywood ran out of ideas a loooooooooong time ago. That's why we have so many comic book movies, remakes, and video game movies!

Actually when you look at Attack of the Killer Tomatoes series, you will see it should really have a remake, and no that is not a shot at the budget/plots.
The "Tomatoes" series has always made fun of the medium it is currently in; The original poked fun at drive-in-schlock, the 2nd at cheesy 80s stuff, the last ones apparently at substandard DTV stuff... Now, I kind of doubt this, but it would kick some MAJOR ass if the new Killer Tomatoes did a merciless mockery of poser remakes. >:)
