Steak that's bathing in it's own red juices sound delicious. Grilled to perfection with maybe a side of mashed potatoes, grilled sweet corn and a nice cold draft. That's a perfect summer dinner right there.

perfect summer dinner= extra spicy tofu soup with some Thai iced tea.
