i just havent eaten meat in ages bc i prefer veggie burgers. so now, even looking at meat, makes me sick.

Daylight, if you're getting seriously sick just by looking at meat maybe you should seek medical help. Unless you're an animal rights activist or a die-hard no-kill animal lover, looking at meat shouldn't make you want to vomit. Additionally, it would be wise to not look at this thread too.

You're body probably isn't use to it. Damn shame. Meat has some of the best vitamins and proteins.

veggie burgers have as much protein as real meat. sorry but that is true, if you read the nutrition label...cant argue with that.

1 veggie patty=15g protein.
1 hamburger patty=15gprotein.

It's not just protein.

you've never even tried veggie burgers, how can you say you dont like them? if you dont WANT to eat them, thats fine. but dont say they taste bad unless you've actually had them.

I never said that I refused to eat veggie burgers. Nor did I say that I never wanted to eat them. I had them once and they were dull. Burgers are meat only. Veggie burgers are just a more "manly" way of saying a veggie sandwich.
